We shall deliver you order if we receive the order prior to 1PM on the day of delivery request. Phone 48 hours prior to the delivery date as all fresh flowers may not be in stock

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. We shall replace any fresh floral bouquet with an equal value replacement if notified within 24 hours. No cash value refund shall be issued. Should you purchase tangible products we shall gladly give you 100% refund on the item if it is in the same condition as purchased. Our high fashion jewelry is non refundable.
